No restocking fee
Approved returns are refunded in full for the item price. We never deduct a restocking fee.

Eligibility
What can be returned
We accept returns of both defective and non-defective items. Every item is made to order, and you can still return it for any reason in the 30 days after delivery.
Returns are accepted when
- The return request is sent no later than 30 days after delivery
- The item is unworn, unwashed and not altered
- Original tags are still attached where provided
- Shoes are returned with their original box
Returns are not accepted when
- The item was worn, washed or damaged after delivery
- The return request is sent more than 30 days after delivery
Defective, damaged or wrong item: email [email protected] with your order number and a photo no later than 30 days after delivery. We send a free replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping fee.
Change-of-Mind & Sizing Returns
Free return shipping in the US and UK
Changed your mind, or the size does not fit? Free return shipping applies. We do not charge a return shipping fee for change-of-mind and sizing returns, for both US and UK orders.
We email you a prepaid return label. You drop the parcel off with the carrier printed on the label: USPS, UPS or FedEx.
The return address is provided on the return shipping label. Please do not send returns to our business address in Wyoming, because that office does not receive or process returns.

United Kingdom
UK returns travel back to our returns address in the United States. Return shipping is still free for you.

Get your refund
International returns take longer in transit. We issue your refund 2 business days after the parcel arrives and passes inspection.
Your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, are not affected by this policy. Our 30-day return window is longer than the 14-day cancellation period those rules require.
Exchanges
Exchange for a different size or color
We accept direct exchanges for a different size or color of the same product. Because your new item is made to order, it goes into production once your return arrives.

Ship the item back
Drop the parcel off with the carrier on your label. The return address is provided on the return shipping label.

After the return arrives and passes inspection, we print your new item. Processing takes 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT).

Your exchange ships
We ship the new item at no extra shipping cost. Delivery takes 3–5 business days.
Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method: your PayPal balance, or the card you used through PayPal Guest Checkout. We email you when the refund is issued.
- Original shipping fees ($4.95 in the US, £4.95 in the UK) are non-refundable, except for defective, damaged or wrong items.
- We do not charge a restocking fee.
- Return shipping is free for change-of-mind and sizing returns.
Order Cancellation
Order Cancellation
Every item is made to order, so an order can be cancelled only before it enters production. To cancel, email [email protected] with your order number as soon as possible. We review cancellation requests Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT.
If your order has not entered production, we cancel it and refund the full amount, including shipping.
If production has already started, we cannot cancel the order. You can still return the item under this 30-day return policy once it arrives.
