General Questions
What does JollynGifts sell?
We sell adult apparel, T-shirts, hoodies and shoes. Every item is printed to order with our original designs.
Do you keep finished products on hand?
No. Every item is made to order. We do not keep pre-printed products. Your item is produced upon order after you check out, which is why processing takes 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT).
Where are your products made?
Every order is produced by our print partner in the United States and shipped from the United States, including UK orders.
Who operates this website?
jollyngifts.com is operated by Zyphoria Ventures LLC, located at 805 CY Ave, Casper, WY 82601, United States.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship only to the United States and the United Kingdom. We cannot deliver to any other country.
How do I choose the right size?
Check the size chart on each product page. All our products come in adult sizes. If the size does not fit, return shipping is free and you can exchange for another size.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover via Guest Checkout.
Which carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, UPS and FedEx. The carrier is assigned automatically based on your address and parcel size. You receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, as long as your order has not entered production. Email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once production has started, you can still return the item under our 30-day return policy.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy from the delivery date. Return shipping is free for change-of-mind and sizing returns, and there is no restocking fee.
Can I return an item that is not defective?
Yes. We accept returns of both defective and non-defective items, as long as the item is unworn, unwashed and returned in the 30 days after delivery.
Do you accept exchanges?
Yes. We accept direct exchanges for a different size or color of the same product. We email you a free prepaid return label and ship the new item at no extra shipping cost.
How long do refunds take?
We issue refunds 2 business days after inspecting your return (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT). PayPal balance refunds usually show right away. Card refunds through PayPal can take an extra 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.
My item arrived damaged or wrong. What should I do?
Email [email protected] with your order number and a photo no later than 30 days after delivery. We send a free replacement or a full refund, including the original shipping fee.

US Orders
How much is shipping in the US?
Shipping is a $4.95 flat rate per order.
How long does US delivery take?
Processing takes 2–5 business days and delivery takes 3–5 business days, for a total of 5–10 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM MT).
Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?
Yes. We ship to all 50 United States, including Alaska & Hawaii, at the same flat rate.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes, military addresses or US territories?
No. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or US territories.
Do I pay sales tax?
The price displayed is the final product price. Any applicable sales tax, if required by your state, will be calculated at checkout.
How do US returns work?
Email us, and we send you a free prepaid return label. Drop the parcel at USPS, UPS or FedEx, matching the carrier on the label. The return address is provided on the return shipping label.
UK Orders
Do you ship to the United Kingdom?
Yes. We deliver to England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, BFPO addresses, the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man.
Where is my UK order shipped from?
Your order is produced and shipped from the United States.
How much is UK shipping and how long does it take?
Shipping is a £4.95 flat rate per order. Processing takes 2–5 business days and delivery takes 3–5 business days, for a total of 5–10 business days.
Do I pay VAT?
Yes. VAT is collected at checkout and shown in your order total before you pay.
How do UK returns work?
Email us, and we send a free prepaid international return label. Return shipping is free for change-of-mind and sizing returns. Your parcel goes back to our returns address in the United States, which is provided on the return shipping label.
Are my UK consumer rights affected?
No. Your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015, are not affected by our policies.
